Uploading Files Procedure
Important: Please make certain that you have read and understand our customer supplied file guidelines before uploading any files to us. If you don't understand the guidelines, or are unsure about something, don't hesitate to contact us.
In addition to the file format guidelines, please observe the following guidelines when uploading files.
- Please compress all your files into one file, use a program like StuffIt® or WinZip®. Both of these programs are available for download from their respective manufacturers. The following links are here for your convenience.

[ WinZip ] - If your file is large, be especially careful not to stop the upload process before it is complete. If the upload is stopped before it is completely finished, we may receive a partially uploaded or corrupted file.
- Please be as accurate as possible when specifying the details for each file. This will prevent your project from being delayed. Be sure to include a text file specifying the details and instructions.
- Once loged in, go to the "IN" directory and create a directory for your "company name" and upload the project files into it.
- After uploading, send an e-mail notifiying us of what was uploaded.
