Scanning

Captures a graphical representation of your documents, quality checked for 100% accuracy. Images can be delivered in any media desired. (CD, DVD or Hard Drive). After capturing images; endorsing, OCR, coding and printing services are available.

Electronic Data Discovery

Electronic Data Discovery, converts your electronic text files such as pst, Word and Excel to text and images for searching and reviewing in a database platform. Exception and Dedup logs provided.

Endorsing

Electronically endorsing numbers or text on images (i.e. “ABC 00001”, “Attorney’s Eyes Only”, “Confidential”, etc.) Allowing you identification of your documents.

OCRing

Optical Character Recognition. Electronically converting images to text. Making an image searchable. OCR text is only as good as the quality of the image. OCR is not intended as a replacement to coding, rather an enhancement.

Coding

Discerning the essence of document and capturing this essence with a certain degree of fidelity and predictability. Coding enables documents to be searchable, storable and printable through data management software programs. Our coders have litigation and document management experience which ensures quality of critical case materials.

Printing

Web Hosting

Electronic storage of data and images via the Internet in a highly secure environment. Documents are available anytime from anywhere an Internet connection is available. Searching, editing and printing of your entire population available at your finger tips.

Physical storage of boxes at our facility. War Room set-up in an office environment to review documents at any time.
