All services are performed by a production and quality control staff that are recruited based on their experience and skill level. DGI is a solutions-oriented company for the overall challenges of case management. The solutions that we generate are a product of combining technology, a knowledgeable staff and experience. Traditionally, numerous vendors have been used to fulfill all the different service needs for a case. It is time consuming to manage all these vendors and makes for inefficiencies. Fortunately, this is no longer necessary. From the start of a case through the conclusion of trial, DGI has a diversified portfolio of services that complement the different stages of a case. We get involved very early on in cases. Often DGI is one of the first parties contacted after a firm receives a case. We start by consulting with the individuals handling the case to develop strategies to apply our services throughout the case. We then serve as the single point of contact throughtout the case for the different services required. The end result, efficient case management. DGI's portfolio of services allows for flexibility during a case. We are not confined to offering only one solution. As service needs on a case change, so do our service applications.
